Representative Claman, citing Uniform Rule 48(d), moved and asked                                                               
unanimous consent to discharge the following from the Judiciary                                                                 
Committee:                                                                                                                      
                                                                                                                                
    HOUSE BILL NO. 333                                                                                                          
    "An Act authorizing a municipality to adopt an ordinance                                                                    
    prohibiting the use of cellular telephones while driving in school                                                          
    zones or on school property."                                                                                               
                                                                                                                                
Representative Eastman objected.                                                                                                
                                                                                                                                
Representative Claman moved and asked unanimous consent to                                                                      
withdraw the motion.  There being no objection, it was so ordered.                                                              
                                                                                                                                
The Speaker waived the Judiciary Committee referral for HB 333 at                                                               
the request of Representative Claman, Chair.
